So, after reading the information on SaiyanIsland, about the Toneri guy wanting to protect Earth. He needs a Hyuga to do so. What if in some way he can create a dome of chakra to enclose Earth. It's the same way Hyuga use rotation to protect themselves.

Maybe that is why he needs a Hyuga? Or maybe he needs a main branch sacrifice?

Also, amyone gonna feel bad if they show Guy in a wheelchair??
