The Susanoo is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan to those who awaken the abilities Tsukuyomi — which symbolises the "Spiritual World and Darkness" and Amaterasu — which denotes the "Material World and Light".

he had the yang seal while hamura had the yin seal.haoromo-yang and hamura-yin
naruto reminded kaguya of hagoromo and sasuke reminded her of hamura

sasuke only awakened the rinnegan in his left eye, the left eye is symbolized by yang and the sun
boruto only awakend his new doujutsu in his right eye which is symbolized by the moon

just like hagoromo being yin and yang combined but still symbolizes yang and the sun
I think boruto's new doujutsu would be something similar but more of the yin side and symbolize a moon
a yin/moon version of the rinnegan
