Well in the last chapters of manga Naruto hasn't learned new justsu he only learned how to have a better control on Kurama and all his new powrs comes from the fox so if he would have the fox out of him he would remain a good ninja but not at tobi's and sasuke's level

Yes..he should learn more other wise he would be weaker than most of the ninjas!!.......and then there would be no chance of winning against Akatsuki or Sasuke!!

It's not over yet, he still young and has lots to learn. I can bet that he'll be as good as Minato or possibly better later on

I think Naruto will be fine without Kurama but he should learn some new jutsus and not always the same old rasengan.
