[Discussion] This should stop an argument between A and 4th

We never Raikage in a fight without his Raition Armor yet so at this point I am confident to say that minato Raw speed is the same or faster
While people say Minato FTG is just teleport but when you think about it he have pretty fast reaction time to be able to dodge Raikage AND THEN counter attack him in an instant
Even Raikage said himself that the 4th is the fastest

If you hater say two techniques are different and doesn't count FTG then you guy shouldn't count Raition Armor as well
Minato FTG have pros and cons as well while it an instant teleport you still have to have special kunia somewhere to teleport too!! so if there's no special kunai he can't teleport while Raikage can just Sprint around in that insane speed to anywhere !!!!!!!
and what the point of FTG if minato isn't fast enough to react he will get hit by that Raikage and probably end up dead

and you can't argue with Kishi the creator of this manga period
you guy just can't accept that the 4th is better than Raikage

When it comes to raw speed i really do think the raikage is faster now that he developed the lightning chakra armor level two, but to face it why does it matter to minato when the ftg lets you teleport one place to another that's way better then pure speed. Minato did develope a ftg level 2 so that shut the raikage way down if you ask me...

Fact: madara can teleport anywhere while minato is limited to where he place his seal kunai or seal and madara can erase his identity while teleport so no one can detect his charka and no attack can hit him while he make himself intangible
Theory mix with fact : madara have take time to do teleportation techniques here is why it took times for him to suck himself and then release himself while minato just appear at other place that while he can't dodge konan attack it take time for him to teleport

Saying things like if Minato didn't have FTG, Chakra, Fast reflexes, fast Raw speed would be slower then Raikage is just as silly as If Itachi was not born an Uchiha and didn't have a Sharingan he would not be able to use Susanoo .

I myself am a Raikage fan as well as Minato, but facts are facts.

Minato is Faster then Raikage, and from what Raikage said and what we saw last chapter Minato could defeat Raikage pretty easily.

Maybe next Flash Back will show us more of Raikage vs Minato, as well as Minatos' encounter will Bee that got him to create Rasengan ( Bee said Rasengan was a technique that was Based on Biju Dama, and I have a feeling the Biju Minato witnessed was Hachibi/Killer Bee)

Man I am sick and tired of these dam threads okay how can you say that Raikage is the fastest in raw speed no no no no he is not did you forget Rock Lee is the fastest ninja with no techniques.

Lightning Chakra = Technique

Flying Thunder God = Technique

so why are people saying Chakra isn't a jutsu. Chakra is a technique that ninja's use isn't it? You put chakra in some freaking kunai and through it. You will get a magic kunai that is how it is all jutsu's are objects that were affected with chakra that is it period.

Raw speed= Rock Lee

Techniques= Minato
