Even assuming it was though, he's still wrong. Just because he is the author, that doesn't mean he can simply state something when its contradictory to what was openly stated in the manga. Especially since Madara has by then been beaten around and defeated more than a couple times.

Amaterasu can't be absorbed that's why. Not even preta path could absorb it. It's called the strongest physical attack in manga not chakra attack so probably that's why. Sakura soloing kaguya is not plot. Nothing was plot. It's just that you can't accept sakura's current power faster than kaguya's precognition and footspeed and shins 5 MS eyes.

Kishi the author who wants us to know about his characters and has made the stament is wrong but Guntah is right, because he knows better than Kishi. The manga displays nerf of Madara for plot purposes, I've told you this before. Now there's no need to get :salt:y and accept Kishis words, even if they rub you up the wrong way.

Now, now, don't get pissy. Its simply a matter of opinion. I just think that what the author specifically as well as showcased multiple stated in the manga matters more than some loose disproven statement he might or might not have said. That's all.
But I'm just sayin....
If Madara didn't have a weakness, he wouldn't have lost in the exact same way twice like the scrub he was.

It's a confirmed statement and Kishi said it.
Madara losing is down to plot Nerf nothing more.
All events that unfold shoukd be taken in context of the Mangaka 's own words.
Plot Nerf? F*ck no. Kishi's first showcase of Naruto and Sasuke's new powers was them kicking his ass. Kishimoto used Madara as a tool to show how strong the two main characters got before facing Kaguya, his loss was fair game.
As for taking everything the mangais says as gospel...nope. If Kishimoto suddenly decided to say Madara was a robot all along, nobody would take him seriously. Because that goes against what the manga itself said. Extreme example, but the same applies here. You can't change the story you already wrote with a loose statement.

Not really buddy of anything that just showed he was nerfed and by the way kaguya was fodder. Even by logical standards they were and would've been far beneath Madara in capability but he had to be nerfed. In comes Kaguya who hasn't got a clue what to do and she gets fodderised.

Using redundant examples doesn't strengthen your case.
Fact is the statement isn't a loose statement, it's an all encompassing statement.
Fact is kishi nerfed Madara's abilities so fodders could shine.
Fact is the manga shows a nerfed Madara losing in light of him not using his abilities and Kishi's statement.
Your entitled to your opinion, I prefer Kishi's.

Some are still blaming plot? Kaguya lost fair and square no plot there why amaterasu was not absorbed? It's a freaking physical attack. Why kaguya couldn't dodge punch? Sakura is faster than Sasuke RS and Shin MS 5 and thus is faster than kaguya can dodge with even precognition. Stop overrating kaguya and underrating sakura. Every thing OP claimed was "plot" is effectively countered by sound analysis and manga comprehension. I guess the hyuga base still can't get over the fact thier fave's eternal rival blitzed a character who is supposedly a trillion times stronger than thier fave and has familial relations with her.

Sakura faster than RS Sasuke is proven in boruto manga and naruto ending. It's like people think a character can't improve or increase speed like a bloodline limit or something. 2018 and some intelligence overloaded people still tryna debunk fact with BS. So Sakura traveled to the future, collected her fanfic speed, traveled back and blitzed Kaguya? Orr War Arc Sakura was already faster than RS Sasuke?
