In the chapter where the preivous kages were summoned, the third raikage seemed to notice the 4th kazekage as if she was a little shocked. and in the recent chapter iT shows the third died in a war that Kumo was in with an unknown country,

This is just my theory(Guess) -- iThink the 4th Kazekage killed the 3rd Raikage,

The fourth does look week compared to the third raikage,lolAll tht muscle. But yeah, N iDo too think tht. Kabuto might have pared people together who killed each other,lol
