because he is as strong as made out to be he got nerfed thats why he's limited with only 1 Rinnegan technique and a cooldown

Again its his fault for not being able to get out of rinnegan that nagato or madara have done

Madara got Hagoromo's chakra and rinnegan, Sasuke got the same

If sasuke had shown any other abilities like preta path or shinra tensei before fighting Kaguya and then Kaguya had shat on him then you would have a point

No sasuke = no reason to get stronger. Even kakshi said it. If you don't believe it. Try to read the whole naruto manga with no sasuke in it and see if naruto would still be alive this strong with no sasuke in his life. Face it! Naruto need that D in his life!

Naruto was made the jinchuriki to fight off the future catastrope prophesied by the toad sage, nothing to do with sasuke
Naruto was taught to control his power by Jiraiya once he got old enough, nothing to do with sasuke

So, in other words, naruto woudnt develop without sasuke? makes sense

Thats one facet of development, everyone including obito, jiraiya, minato, sakura etc, the way they have lived and things they have done is for naruto's sake

Don't be surprise if the manga end up that way. So far naruto has no weakness or drawback to his power. He is like the only character in anime history with no weakness or drawback at the moment.
