I really feel like people take that scene out of context. Completely forgetting that it was dimension only unique to it's gravity. The slight gravity effect is what effected Sasuke's striking speed, that's why there's a good difference in panels on how long it takes for Sasuke to fail to make contact to how to he instantly appears in the one panel to the next. There's also the fact that Kaguya altered the dimension before evading. Meaning the slight gravity change was probably effected her too. She changes worlds in an instant where she could get away while Sasuke's striking speed is far from instant. If anything, the only thing proven is Naruto has better striking speed than Sasuke and I can accept that.

People feel Sasuke was nerfed because there were three incidents where there is no evidence suggesting that he must switch with something yet he says that's what he requires. It's contradictory at this point which is why I'll just wait a few more chapters to really try and gauge Naruto and Sasuke's strength. It should be obvious to anyone that neither are done with their feats yet. At least, that's how I see things. I'm really trying not to be biased about the whole thing.

Okay but, I don't think Kaguya was still messing with gravity that time, also there was no change of landscape.
Even assuming there was some sort of gravity manipulation how would that affect Sasukes teleportation speed?.

You better read that manga again after you get a good night sleep and lovely breakfast meal. Read all the chapters right before learn SM and read all the chapters right after he saw sasuke after danzo death. Oh read the chapters when he did training with kakshi. No sasuke = no reason to get stronger. Even kakshi said it. If you don't believe it. Try to read the whole naruto manga with no sasuke in it and see if naruto would still be alive this strong with no sasuke in his life. Face it! Naruto need that D in his life!

I think your letting these recent chapters get a little over your head. Sasuke still hasn't fully shown us what he's capable of yet. From what I see right now. Kishi is holding him back for something big later on. His powers are a mystery still. Also before sharing those manga facts of yours. You should also reconsider how it must feel to be a Sasuke fan. Kicking a man when he's down is not really the way to go. Because it will take one chapter to turn it around. And when that time comes you are more than likely to get a similar treatment.

well she was using heavy gravity to keep Sasuke and Naruto down it was effecting her too though it didn't effect his S/T its just he had to use a lot of strength to stay on his feet to try and attack before she changed dimensions though thats what I think at least anyway

I never said it affected his S/T speed, that's actually what I'm trying to emphasize. It's a similar situation to when Madara dodged FTG, what is known as an instant attack. While Madara (and Kaguya) were both able to sense these instant attacks happenings, the striking speed that all 3 attacked in (Minato, Tobirama, and Sasuke) were below that of the reaction speed of the opponent at the time. Kaguya switched dimensions meaning that she felt that she couldn't comfortably dodge Sasuke in the other dimension and then immediately flew off afterwards.

Striking speed is different than other speeds. Sasuke appears, the dimension switches, and then Kaguya makes her dodge. This shows that the gravity effected everyone, including Sasuke's striking speed. The change in gravity would throw anyone in surprise, including Sasuke since it happens quickly so we can infer that that's another factor that interfered with his attack.
