So here I was ready for an epic itachi+sasuke vs kabuto fight, and got all excited when itachi mentioned that kabuto's luck has worsened cuz that means it's ass-kicking time. then i remembered, since Sasuke still has questions, and Itachi is trying to stop edo-tensei, im predicting that Sasuke becomes lame again and fights itachi so that the edo-tensei will keep going. this thought has disappointed me immensely because knowing sasuke thats probably whats going to happen. what are your thoughts? can anyone shed some light on my extinguished hope or is Sasuke going to mess everything up again?

Doesn't matter if Sasuke tries to fight him or not. Itachi will wipe the floor with him
Note: When Itachi died he intentionally threw the fight. He wanted to die at Sasuke's hands. He was also staying alive with medicine and will power alone.
This time things are different.
1. Itachi will not let Sasuke win like he did last time.
2. Itachi is not ill. Physically, Itachi is at 100% health.
3. The entire ninja world is at stake. Itachi knows this well.
EMS or not, Sasuke can't win. Not if Itachi is serious and has his sights on Kabuto.

i think sasuke will kill, or at least try to, kabuto so that edo tensei continues.

Sasuke Hasn't Entered The Point Of Blind Rage And Hatred Just Yet, And He Still Has Questions He Wants To Ask Itachi, So I Doubt He'll Attack His Brother. Itachi May Give Him A Brief Summary Of What Kabuto's Intentions Are, Having Being The One Who Raised Him From The Dead And All - After That, The Two Of Them Could Possibly Team Up Against Kabuto - At Least, That's How I Can Picture Things Going ... Sasuke May Be Extremely Angry/Confused By Itachi's Appearance & The Way He Ignored Him, But He Still Loves His Brother, And Wouldn't Lift A Finger To Kill Him. Kabuto, On The Other Hand ... Isn't Soo Lucky.
