Thank you for opening my freaking eyes.

But this is seriously far beyond the realm of truth... It should stickied as fact.

I've been chasing a girl for over 2 years hoping she'd come to what I have to offer, but her heart is set on some douche (Yes I'm Jelly but he is a douchetard though)
Most definitely, to put up with a guy who puts so much grief on her and also having wandering eyes, she (and majority of women as you pointed out) grow much more attached to their love, even sometimes to the point where it doesn't make sense.

Guess I'm the Naruto chasing Sakura case. But I have no Hinata to fall back on.

Lmao But that's an interesting take.

Well did you want him to ignore Sakura's feeling for Naruto's sake? What is she? A trophee to be handed over?

Sakura went to kill him. She would have if her resolve was a little stronger and she could hold on to it for a little bit more.

Not defending his attempt to kill her back but he was on another track at the time and he didn't put her at risk on purpose. She put herself there.

Personally I would be skeptic of giving anther chance to such a guy who went down that road and did try to kill me but then I'm not Sakura. ( either way if I am trying to kill someone I am not about to get angry at him for trying to kill me back just because I believe I had a higher moral ground. That would be me taking the risk for my own moral values, not the other person.)

Her situation is slightly different because she has watched what Oro did and to an extent felt sympathy for the circumstance which put him on that road. She didn't support those acts ever but she had sympathy for him. The fact she already admired him only augmented on that.
Agreed. I would also like to ask those who say tht Sasuke always treated her like trash to show manga scans proving this. The worst things he did to her was try to kill her because she tried to do it first and put her on that genjutsu.

Before someone say something about he "calling" her "useless" or insulting her, I will bring some enlightenment. Chapter 680 was a parallel to the bridge scene, when Sasuke said bullshit about saving Naruto "accidentally" (even the name of the chapter is Once Again, because once again Sasuke is pretending to be a jerk to not show that he cares). In chapter 678 he was a bit rude, but he said the truth: she couldn't do nothing at the moment. Probably he said this to avoid some stupidness as she did in chapter 676. The only two times he truly insults her was when he called her annoying for making fun of Naruto being alone and when he said that her skills were worse than Naruto's. The first time it had a positive effect on her, because she started to treat Naruto well, and in the second time, Sasuke regreted what he said and cheered Sakura up saying that she has the best analytical skills and genjutsu knowledge.

Anyway, these bad SS moments are overshadowed by the all the beautiful moments they had. It's true that Sasuke was trying to push her away from his way, but it was because he thought that bonds were a weakness and he was afraid to love again because of his traumatic experience. He always cared for her, and if he did some *******ry, not just with her, but with all Team 7 members, it was because he wanted to break the bonds he has with them no matter what. Sasuke himself stated this.

I am a woman, and if someone I "loved" had done even something that remotely puts my life at risk, I would drop him like a hot potato.

Women with self respect would never continue loving someone who treats them like trash. Take it from a woman.
I agree.
Sakura's love is a feeling that she can't control , in real life , this kind of feeling is called "passion" , there are other feelings than "passion" in a couple.

I'm happy with most of the pairings. The only one I find confusing is Sakura and Sasuke like most people it seems.

Throughout the series I never thought of Sasuke as the type to want to have a wife/girlfriend. To be honest I always found him a bit too selfish for that. Note that I do like Sasuke as a character so I am not hating just stating that I never saw his character to care about a woman enough to want to have a child with them. I think everyone deserves to be with someone. In Sasuke's case that someone would have to be very unique. I guess given the choices there were for Sasuke I suppose Sakura makes the most sense... but I can't help but feel like Sasuke and Sakura are settling. Being that Sakura was treated pretty badly throughout the series by Sasuke.

I would also argue that Sakura really isn't the right type of woman for Sasuke, she is a bit of a push over. I also thought that if Sasuke was going to be with someone it would have to be someone with a bit of attitude and thicker skin, someone unafraid to tell him how it is... not just stand there and cry about how much she loves him.

In regard to "a woman never going back to a man that threatened to or attempted to kill her" statements. Unfortunately this is false. In our world today domestic violence/violence against women/men is real. Everyday women are returning to their abusers even though they may be fully aware that they may die if they do, but convince themselves that because they love the individual it will all be ok. Much like Sakura. But in all honesty that is a totally different subject. At this point I don't think Sakura is in danger, but the fact that she still loves Sasuke even though he was very violent towards her goes along with that point.

Sakura was not attacking Sasuke when he tried to kill her. He was just killing her to kill. Like with Karin.

I agree. The only pairing that really bothered me. I feel for Naruto. Honestly, i was hoping for Naruto to be with Sakura but i think in the end, he had to accept that she could not return his feelings. He did love her and i still think he does, but he has to make sacrifices. To add between Sasuke and Sakura, i think it was pretty much forced as some would say. I really couldnt believe that Sasuke loved her, but maybe liked her the most next to Naruto. It was hard to sell to me. Anyway, hopefully they can build more between NaruHina and NaruSaku's relationship after. Relating to Naruto's pain hurts xD

That doesn't remove the fact that Sakura still owed him a share of honesty.

Really... I felt both Naruto and Sakura were not honest in the end. That's what really I find annoying in this ending.
I agree with you on that one!

Because once a woman's heart is set, its very hard to change.

Naruto winning Sakura over would have been equivalent to moving heaven and Earth. But all that was needed for Sakura and Sasuke to happen was for Sasuke to settle down and accept Sakura's love. Same thing with Naruto and Hinata. Once Naruto realized Sakura was never going to be his, it would have been really easy for him to simply accept Hinata's love. It makes sense that SakuraXSasuke happened as opposed to InoXSasuke, as Sakura showed more love to him overall.

Now of course this can go both ways, ie a woman simply accepting a man's love, but its much easier for a man to do it. People might say women are fickle, but honestly its us men that are the fickle ones. A man's love for a women is less complicated and much more primal then a women's love for a man. A women is much more hard wired for relationships, when a man is less hard wired for that. Its genetics, evolution. It helps reproduction in nature if the women gets attached easily and the man feels less attachment. Honestly, its quite easy for a man to simply see a women's love for them in their eyes and simply fulfill that love.

For once, Kishi catered to the women of his manga and we can all learn a life lesson from this, honestly.
so...you're saying that I (a woman) just need to throw myself at any man I know and they will eventually cave to my advances? Do you have psychological studies to prove this before I call this one guy up to confess real quick? Much appreciated...

but if naruto really still in love with that sak, he would never try to make sasuke come back ...so i thinck that kishi always hides naruto feelings toward hinata to give suspense to the manga

Hello Floydical. Long time...

I haven't read most of the other comments, so if it was mentioned, sorry. Here we go:

I believe Kishi ended it on the most obvious note. Yes, Naruto had a crush on Sakura, but it was clear since the Pain fight that Naruto will endup with Hinata. To take a step further, this relationship was solidified in the war arc. I believe that the Sakura+Sasuke pairing had to have happened, since the audience/readers expected a closure for both characters. There was no shock element at all in regards to the timeskip, because it would have only raised more questions, brought more theories to life and honestly I think Kishi just wanted a clean ending. So there we have it. Clean, but unsatisfying for me.

I think if Kishi wouldn't have time skipped so far, but rather, show the actual build up that led to Naruto's Heart actually falling for Hinata, IE, the developing of Naruto's crush on Hinata to the actually moment of Naruto falling in love with her... Fans of both Hinata, and Sakura, alike would atleast be like "Oh, well now we at least KNOW why exactly Naruto came to be with Hinata." We always saw Hinata's feelings for Naruto, but we needed to see Naruto's feelings turn to her. But all they have for now to go off of, is that Hinata was a type of rebound cuz Sakura went with Sasuke.

I think The Last will give exactly what I'm saying.
