I kind of hate how the older generation just all remained single, childless, and without any family. Wtf? From my understanding, the transformation technique she uses is based on her Yin Seal. Although it may not directly affect her life span, she looks like a dry plum when it's not active. She'll die in a few more years, unlike Orochimaru.
