When Nidaime died sarutobi was crowned to be hokage and i believe that orochimaru didn't grown up at that time as we can see that in this page ^^ but this page shows that this guy is a grown up while Second is still there so i believe that it isn't orochimaru. What is more interesting is that all the other men, became later the kages of their respective villages so we have 4 known who later took the leadership of their villages and an unknown man who bears a strong resemblnace to Orochimaru. Something fishy is going.
