But sasuke steals or just flat out receives jutsu for free.

Itachi somehow gave him amaterasu by poking him on the forehead.. Then he got itachi's eyes with his abilities for free. Etc etc. Now the god of shinobi just goes, here, take this jutsu, on the house.............

Sasuke only recieved some chakra from Hashirama nothing more and that chakra will eventually get all used up and there will be no more.
Madara activated the rinnegan by implanting some of Hashiramas DNA in his body and even then the rinnegan activated right when Madara was about to die.

I have been saying this all morning and people just keep laughing at me. It is hinted all throughout this chapter:

Madara's speech to Tobirama about Sacrificing one so another may succeed in their ideals.

Him Nurtuing a spare set of eyes (Sasuke's)

Orochimaru mentioning that Sasuke will one become greater than even Madara(a few chapters back)

Hashirama giving Sasuke Chakra (and probably a way to obtain the Senju DNA needed along with. my theory anyway)

And Now Sasuke is now the verge of death.

Whatever Hashi gave Sasuke is suppose to surpress Madara's Mokuton power. So DNA is probably incorparated into it.

I smell another pair of Rinnegan eyes coming.

Yes I know you need Senju DNA to unlock the Rinnegan and chakra doesn't count.....

....But seriously about 2 chapters back we all thought that you needed both MS eyes to use Susano'o and Madara used it as well as Rinneagn techs withou any eyes.

I don't think the standard rule apply so much in this fight anymore. So don't be shocked if Sasuke bats an eyelash and ends up with a pair of nice shiny purple rippling pupils in his sockets in the next few chapters or so.

It's basically a manga fact that Naruto needs to leach off of a demon to compete with a Kekkei Genkai when he himself already has one.
