I dont think insulting a characters apart the critics to the movie is Kishi work or done

what with insulting like 'hinata a second class' 'hinata a silver medal alien hoe for Naruto' 'Sasuke is emo' 'Naruto is worst than Sasuke because that he cant have Sakura' 'Naruto is nothing without Sasuke for his development' 'Sasuke is not worth with this kind of movie, because love is not his thing - it like insulting Naruto or lower him because he get the most love jobs or he just good for love matters only in this movie'

Its still OK if you want to criticize NaruHina relationship, NaruHina role in this movie, bright opinion of because why Sasuke is less involve in this movie etc.

Then he was also able to sense romance between Shikamaru and Temari.Are you saying that when a girl nearly dies confessing her love to you you equate that with something as shallow as your favourite food (which ironically fits in with Hinata being a satellite character as ramen is the only thing Naruto eats).Naruto is not that dumb and if they are trying to make us believe this shit its illogical .He was able to sense romance between 2 couples but conveniently couldn't for Hinata.(I think this is done for drama).This shit sounds like something Goku would do but Naruto was not that dumb so it doesn't fit in

He's getting more screen time since he's on the actual rescue team with Naruto. It makes sense. Naruto and his love life are the main focus of this movie. The people traveling with Naruto are going to get screen time, it's a given. The only one on that rescue team that avidly ships NH is Sakura anyway.

Sasuke is not on that team. He is back at Konoha protecting while Naruto is away. As a result, he gets only a few minutes.

Sasuke fans should be thankful because their character won't be OOC.

Thing is people need to differentiate between a "movie being as much canon as possible" and being an "actual canon and continuation of the manga story".

Kishi's involvement only makes it sure that they do not change the facts stated in the manga all that much. But of course they are going to give it their own spin to an extent. Didn't other naruto movies also had some romantic moments? I haven't watched them but from scenes or images here and there it seems they had some implied ones.

It's funny how some of these people don't want you to post because your opinion is different that the popular opinion about the pairings being "well-developed". None of that was developed. I like narusaku but even if that happened it wouldn't be well-developed or satisfying.These current pairings aren't satisfying because they failed in the development area and now we have a movie as a cop out for "development. But if you would have made a post agreeing with the popular opinion they would have agree with you. Funny how that stuff works. I wouldn't be surprised if someone tries to quote me to justify their pairing.

Check out ATLA, the original series.It wasn't all about pairings yet it managed to pull it off smoothly. Not only that presented a better constructed story, and they had far more constraints creatively than Naruto did.

The Author admitted he could have done it better. But it was not required for the genre he was working in. So really anyone expecting anything more from it was reading the wrong manga.

I take this ending as him growing up, finally having a family, and reaching his dream to be a Hokage. In that context it was a great ending for him.

Not many romantic moments. The other movies would just have small teases, like the heroine of the movie finding Naruto attractive after he saves them. In the first Naruto Shippuden movie, at the end the heroine named Shion asks Naruto if he can bear her children. However, she asks in an indirect way by saying "Would you like to help me continue the next generation?" and Naruto replies "yes", which leaves Sakura/Kakashi/etc face-palming. Lol

Kishimoto considers the movie to be canon since he came up with the plot and had them revise the script until he was satisfied. So, it dictates a little more than just the timeline in which the movie is set.

The other movies (outside of RTN, he influenced that too) didn't involve him.
