I believe that igneel has made some memory loss from tartoras so that nobody can remember that hiw END looks like and maybe END is a evil spirit (just like the one which we see from rogue in grand magic games) which possessed natsu bcoz he was his brother, so zeref won't be able to kill him at past so he thought that it would be better to just seal him.

I don't think it was Zeref who sealed END but END was sealed by a "ward". That is what it was foreshadowed in that chapter. Who it might be?.
There is little to no info on the history of END/Igneel/Zeref/Dragon Civil War/Acnologia/Ankhselam etc.,. but I am pretty sure all of the points you have mentioned are discussed. Mashima rarely foreshadows something but when he does it'd be either explicit or very hard to notice it. Mashima hints a lot even through the dialogues in the chapters. Even in this week's chapter Mashima foreshadowed the sort of Magic Brandish possess. The best way to know the very detail about this is to wait till it has been explained/shown in the manga.
Coming to other question(s) you have asked in thread about the nature of END. I remember discussing about who or what END is long back here in the chapter discussion thread. The most plausible answer from what Mashima foreshadowed in chapter 373 and what it is shown in chapter 436 is that 'Natsu and END are the two sides of the same coin. END is the darker,vicious,vile self of Natsu and while the current Natsu we have seen till now from the start of FT is most likely the 'bother half' of Zeref( I mean Zeref's brother side). END and Natsu are two different souls that share the same body. That is why Zeref addressed Natsu by the time when you reach me "will it be you or END?". Meaning only one can reach him i.e., either Current Natsu holding control over END or END holding control over Natsu's body. In that very same chapter Zeref,the creator refers them as two different distinct entities.
Unlike Mard Geer and other failed experiments of demons so far showed in the manga END is a human experiment. As you have read in chapter 436 END is created using the 'body' of Zeref's brother where as other demons of tartarus are created using only 'ether' which can give a shape and form to the magic. So when Zeref sealed(?) Mard Geer back into his book, he disappeared along with it because Mard Geer's entity is a Magic itself unlike Natsu who is made up of both Ether+Human body. By doing such Zeref obtained both in one body that is 'Natsu Dragneel' and 'Etherious Natsu Dragneel'.
Another possibility is what it was sealed in the book are the powers and the memories of the Natsu's END self but not END.I have seen theories on this a lot.
The Dragon King Festival/Dragon Civil War, Igneel fighting END, Zeref creating END all happened over 400 years ago. That is for sure. And I have seen theories of Eclipse Gate time travels to explain the year 7,777.Well let us wait for time being. It is not like Manga is nearing it's end anyway. What I think most is......Dragon Civil War broke out 400 years ago>>>Acnologia rises>>>Killed all the Dragons>>> at the same time END/Zeref/Igneel/Acnolgoia are also involved in the civil war>>>Igneel fought END and couldn't kill him but got his etherious properties sealed back into the book state with the help of a ward>>>Igneel somehow died in the fight and Acnologia extracted the souls of Igneel and his fellow companions. Thank you for explaining all that. You really went to some painstaking lengths explaining it. I still have some question and confusions. But its better to wait for Hiro to reveal those rather then we killing our brain cells over it.

Well firstly Zeref brought Natsu back to life, and in the memoir he looks 3/4 ish so Igneel didn't have him from birth. Secondly as a 7 year old his concept of time probably wasn't great, he probably woke up looking exactly the same, just in a different place with no Igneel so he has no reason to even 400 years have past. He probably found out the date for the first time whilst looking for Igneel. My guess of what happened is; Zeref revives him as END, gives him to Igneel to conrtol his powers, however something forces Igneel to disappear inside of Natsu, which put him to sleep for that long, he wakes up, starts looking for him.

Another question is,why did Igneel try to kill END in the first place if END was supposed to kill Zereef, the most powerful mage in the world and supposedly evil at that. Then after failing to kill END ,he raises Natsu. Doesn't make any sense

Maybe the demons of the book were giving trouble to everybody and if eel tried to "cut off the head of the snake" so to speak, and kill E.N.D but he failed and maybe zeref intervened because he needed Natsu to get stronger. So he struck a bargain with Igneel or just changed Natsu back to human form and gave him to Igneel to train. Either way the sending Natsu to Igneel might indicate that Natsu's demon is that of fire. But hey these are all just guesses
