How is she emotionless? Do you not recall all the time she's shown anger, happiness and sadness? Sure, she reserves her emotions a lot, but that doesn't mean she has never showed emotion before.

Sakura is already shallow and boring, so you can't have a "shallow and boring version" of Sakura. Suffice to say, I don't actually like Mikasa, I was just never aware people hated her.
