Obito would probably be strong enough too break it because he has the Gedo Mazo sealed inside of him plus Hashi DNA. Even if he isnt strong enough he can't stay in there forever.

This chapter showed perfectly well just how dumb Naruto really is. Instead of killing the massmurderer, he want to forgive him. That's not just dumb, it's egoïstic asw ell because he risks a lot of fodder lifes.
Naruto is way too naïve to a Hokage, he is just too correct. He wants to make everyone happy and he lets no one die because hew ants to live in his perfect world with fairies and shit.

What Sasuke did was just rational and a normal thing to do. He wants to make sure that Obito is defeated and with someone that posesses such a HAXXX Jutsu (kamui) you have to make sure to kill him. Kakashi was also right about killing Obito and Minato is also naïve, altough he isn't too Naïve and he was ready to kill if it would have been necessary!

Law doesn't state kill the man resp.,but give him a trial,and then decide his punishment. Go back to chapter 653,read it again,especially the part where naruto says,"I can't forgive you,...return to us and except your punishment as OBITO UCHIHA".

And yes,sasuke's action were also justified but that doesn't means naruto's one was stupid.

A trial is given when there is chance that the convicted is innocent so unless you're telling me that the world isn't sure that Obito has killed numerous shinobi, then it's pure stupidity to think a trial is necessary.

He's never killed anyone in this series, he's not that type of character and it's probably going to be even harder knowing Obito's so similar to him. There is nothing wrong with not wanting to kill Onito but a shinobi must endure and a true shinobi can't always have it their way. As a future Hokage he should have considered the risks and he should have tried to finish Obito.
Even if he didnt want to kill him, he shouldn't have tried to stop Sasuke.

*Considered more valid, not accepted worldwide by every single person and none of them are the "right way", nothing is. It is not like people are accepting all those after hearing few words from someone and changing what they believe 180 degrees in mere moments.
But Naruto's way is gonna be the right way, hence everyone barring like 2-3 people are accepting those ways, it is safe to say that it is already the accepted and righteous in NV. Such thing would never exist in our world, people believe in different religions or idealogies which countless diversions and ways of beliefs.
