This chapter showed perfectly well just how dumb Naruto really is. Instead of killing the massmurderer, he want to forgive him. That's not just dumb, it's egoïstic asw ell because he risks a lot of fodder lifes.
Naruto didn't forgive him. He just asked him to turn himself in so that no one else has to get hurt.
Naruto is way too naïve to a Hokage, he is just too correct. He wants to make everyone happy and he lets no one die because hew ants to live in his perfect world with fairies and shit.
Nope, that's Obito's idea of a perfect world. Naruto however, accepts death as part of being a Hokage, but that doesn't mean he can do everything in his power to avoid it.
What Sasuke did was just rational and a normal thing to do. He wants to make sure that Obito is defeated and with someone that posesses such a HAXXX Jutsu (kamui) you have to make sure to kill him. Kakashi was also right about killing Obito and Minato is also naïve, altough he isn't too Naïve and he was ready to kill if it would have been necessary!
You're assuming Obito will attempt to finish what he started. Obito, as of right now, has been broken. He has no more will/desire to carry on the plan, otherwise, he'd have been fighting Naruto in his mind (literally) while he was playing tug-of-war with the entire known shinobi universe.
