Naruto only show love/care/emotions to pipole who have similar backstory to him...if he can not relate to you he dont give a sh!t...which explain why he dont care about his own childrens... he abandoned boruto and threw himiwari cake on teh ground...but he hugs random boy and act like his father?!?! all because he can relate to having a bad childhood?!??!

To be fair, Boruto's complaints prior to the movie were a bit irrational. Naruto is the military leader of a village. He doesn't have 24/7 to play around with Boruto. Even then, Naruto spared clones to hang out with Boruto, but Boruto just wouldn't accept that.

Naruto was not a bad dad or selfish. Boruto was just too selfish at the time to realize that Naruto is more than just his father.

The only times when I say that Naruto messed up were Boruto's and Himawari's birthdays (we saw Boruto's in the anime).

I don’t read novels nor watch the anime so untill it happen in the manga, it didn’t happen to me. The manga is the actual story and that’s all that matters, everything else is really just filler tbh. And in the manga sasuke hasn’t taught sarada shit but a fireball Jutsu and they off screened that :tea:
