I don't know whether she is the mom or not. We will have to wait and see. But I disagree with #1 how do you figure only Uchiha are allowed to do a forehead poke? Seems a little outlandish. Sure it was Itachi s thing, but it's not like the shinobi world thinks it's forbidden. Lol the gesture in my opinion just means "another time" like what Itachi always said when he did it to Sasuke and also what Sakura was saying to the salad in the flashback.
