You just named different ways the plot could have went anybody could do that with any chapter
The reason how madara can absorb would most likely be explained in the next few chapters and the reason why he doesn't have that right sharingan eye

1) Naruto should have remove the rod in hashirama since he know what it does
2) Black zetsu was able do anything he likes with obito despite been inside minato's range and this is the minato that was able to stop kakashi from afar.
3) Where is tobirama to save his brother?
4) Shouldn't madara come back with the eye he has before his death?
5) Madara blitz sm naruto, I know he is tired but still?
6) And no explanation was given on how madara absorb amaterasu/kyuubi's cloak despite lacking the rinnengan.

1) They were stunned. They thought madara was sealed then they see a huge explosion and shit going down. There was no time for thinking about such a technicallity. Not like it would change anything. Madara kicked hashi's ass before and put the stakes in him; Naruto nor sasuke could even stand up to him while hashirama was still exhausted. Hashirama wasn't escaping regardless.

2) Zetsu was bound to obito, then he left obito and tried to pluck his eye. Minato and kakashi then proceeded to attack him while he's combined with the ground inches from obito. Zetsu binds back with obito. It's not like they even knew zetsu could do any of that, so there was no reason they'd think he would do what he did and rinne tensei madara.

3) who cares about tobirama? He's somewhere with hiruzen and oro. Naruto moved ahead when he took out obito. Sasuke flew in with sai. Everyone was literally far away from that battlefield as they were on one side of shinju and hashi and mads were on another. tobirama wasn't close.

4) No. Madara died with 1 eye in his socket. This confirms that the spare sharingan obito had was in fact madara's spare. There was no reason to leave it with madara, afterall, and go wondering around with just 1 eye... Obito most likely took it long ago.

Yes, sasuke's going to kill the guy he just saw absorb chakra, with a chakra attack. lol? Why do you think he went after him with full on kenjutsu. It's because he already saw he absorbs chakra and heals off of it. Amaterasu was no good, but holding him with a chakra arm would be? lmao..

1. Absolutely, you're right.
2. True, but 1) Minato's actual speed outside of FTG is overrated, and zetsu was already right there. However, Minato should've been able to at least stab the thing after it got control or something...
