2. that wasn't lucky that was probably completely orchestrated by madara. the way madara said to obito you WILL come back really gave me that satanist feeling, i've heard people that were satanists saying that when they left they told them that with a intense voice and then their family member dies in an 'accident', and because of that loss (and hearing family members say things like, at least he's with god now) they ended up going back, not that that has to do much with this.

Whatever you said, doesn't count. Madara didn't even think of the possibility of Obito being the one to revive him.

Madara f*cking knew, that Obito would turn into the type, that would NEVER do something like that!!!

And it was evident, when Madara was revived, cause he instantly assumed Nagato was the one, who did it. But when the Nagato-plan failed, Madara had no plan B. His will just continued plan A, because he was lucky, that Obito took the rinnengan.

And Aizen could make better plans sleeping (or Kubo could make a better plot in his sleep compared to Kishi). Aizen is just too boss U_U

There is no fullproof strategy when planning to come back from the dead and relying upon the assistance of madmen. Zetsu however, was an excellent counter-plan to the obvious setbacks that would occur, which worked when he needed it to.

Madara had the best plan you could make, and at EVERY step of the way he made the best possible move that would lead to his incremental advantage. He was lucky, especially when Obito didn't want to use his power as Juubi Jin, but Madara made his moves in the background against Hashi and below the threat radar of the alliance and Obito, which led to his current position. Strategies cannot be guaranteed to succeed. Tactical mastery, however, can surely increase your chances.

Madara holds the winning position because he's the only villain that hasn't made a mistake.

1) Did Obito really just "slip" into the hideout on accident? Madara seems to know plenty about the different types of sharingans and what their powers are. We should assume that Obito was targetted by Madara, and brought there on purpose.

2) Obito was brainwashed by watching Rin die, which we should also assume was scripted by Madara.

3) Madara set up several allies: several Zetsu clones (including Black Zetsu, who is his strongest ally among them), Obito and Nagato. If Obito hadn't been there, Black Zetsu would have contacted Nagato and controlled him from there.

4) Even after Obito and Nagato betrayed him, there was still Zetsu and Zetsu is enough.

5) Madara didn't need or want to be revived by Kabuto. That was a fluke. The plan was always for Black Zetsu to force Obito/Nagato to use the Rinnegan to revive Madara properly

6) Obito was a jerk, yes. But Madara was playing. Madara had obvious ways to control Obito, including Black Zetsu and the control rods.

7) Madara was an immortal zombie with wood release, rinnegan and infinite chakra reserves. Madara (and black zetsu) would have been able to weaken and eventually control Obito. It was part of the plan.

8) It wasn't until very late that Obito changed his mind and betrayed Madara. Up until the point that he fought Kakashi, Obito was still planning to revive Madara. If Kabuto hadn't resurrected him first, Obito may have done it much earlier and avoided the Plot-No-Jutsu that happened later in the fight. Obito knew Kabuto had Madara's body before the war even started, so Obito's plan needed to change. Without that, he may have used a different strategy (embed the rinnegan into Sasuke, and force Sasuke to revive him, etc).

Madara's plan was pretty good, and because of Zetsu (especially black zetsu) his plan was assured. There was no luck involved. the fact that he had so many backup plans is proof that his plans were great.

The problem with that is, how was Madara going to use black zetsu to force him to use rinnegan to revive him if LUCKY ASS kabuto hadn't edo tensei'd him? We saw in the manga that madara had to do something to have black zetsu do something. Madara just got freaking lucky as hell with obito and kabuto. He would not be as far as he is now without them
