Oh, look, it's one of these threads. How many times do I have to say that all of these story lines are not 1 arc? This is the 3rd arc since Naruto got the 9 tails.

1.War arc began with the war, and ended when Orochimaru ressurected.

2. Juubi revival arc went from there to Juubito's defeat

3. We are currently in the Madara revival arc


These are the 3 separate arcs. 2 out of 3 are incredibly awesome, and I think the problems of the juubi revival arc are exaggerated. It had problems, but it had awesome moments as well.

This right here. The war arc wasn't even bad itself OP, especially not for the reasons you mentioned.

Most people I know who have been fans of Naruto since the first episode of the original series agree with me that the Fourth Great War arc is god-awful.

IMO, this arc is almost identical to your typical arc of Dragon Ball Z in its concepts and fights.

Anyone remember the days when ninjas were actually ninjas and not Super Saiyans?

I've had no problems with this arc whatsoever. The power scalings gone up big time, and there have been contrivances here and there, but overall I think the story's been fine.

Still think Obito's the most misunderstood person in Naruto.
