Oh, look, it's one of these threads. How many times do I have to say that all of these story lines are not 1 arc? This is the 3rd arc since Naruto got the 9 tails.

1.War arc began with the war, and ended when Orochimaru ressurected.

2. Juubi revival arc went from there to Juubito's defeat

3. We are currently in the Madara revival arc


These are the 3 separate arcs. 2 out of 3 are incredibly awesome, and I think the problems of the juubi revival arc are exaggerated. It had problems, but it had awesome moments as well.

War arc isn't that bad, I am actually rather enjoying it and my only issue with it is that its all happening in one night.

this shouldn't be the war arc , this should be , the flashback and talk arc lol , because if this was actually a war , someone who would stand in a weak territory or in a weak position , then he'll be eliminated , because when you talk and you don't do anything , you are killed IN A WAR!

but with that being said, I will agree that there are flaws in this war arc.!!

one of the most serious flaws is that there are two many characters in one place and too little(two to be exact) villains.!!

kishi should have taken all those Edo and madara story side by side.!!

the only reason kishi brought am entire alliance to the battle around madara is to showcase and parade the development of naruto to the alliance.!!

I do like that too, but characters are left useless everywhere which is kinda annoying.!!

I liked that we got to see what a badass Tobirama was before his appearence I think he was trolled by the way he died. Killed by 30 shinobis, when the Raikage held off like 30,000 but after seeeing him in action I was quite impressed

Agree. Obito ruined this war arc completely-his character is full of plotholes(more so than any other character.)

i personally feel the war arc in total is the worst arc in shippuden there are some good points, madara's intro, madara vs the kage, obito vs naruto, bee, kakashi, and guy, getting to see some of the seven swords man

But there are too many situations that were boring, drug out, or just bad writing, Like for example I'm a Uchiha fan but that section with kabuto and itachi was correctly title "nothing" because that's what it was i total dislike everything about that section of war the best thing about it was seeing orochimaru.

The saddest thing to me is all these chapters cover about two to four days maybe i only remember it being night twice (we're in the second night now) things are either drug on to long or rushed few elements feel like it developed properly

Like for example the god fruit thing was suppose to blossom in 15 min the got delayed a bit...how many chapters has been since 10-15 maybe..this manga should have ended after pain naruto and susake should've found each other and fought it would have went down as one of the best mangas ever now its like alright kinda good at times

The ar cis not bad at all.

I love how people criticize parts of the story simply because they can't pay attention.
This plan was his from the very beginning so saying madara was randomly brought in is retardd in itself.
For better or for worse this manga is very linear and if you haven't figured out the themes of this manga or who is relevant regardless of your preferable choice of characters then you just need to zip it as you clearly don't know what your reading.

Tell me how anyone is suppose to fight madara when nobody has chakra left and madara has omyoudon making chakr abased attacks obsolete anyway ?

You can't say it was all bad because there were so many awesome moments but this arc Definetly has it's flaws. Besides You might change your mind about stuff when it comes to the Anime the Obito Flashback and Sasuke & Itachi Vs Kabuto I didn't like in the Manga but in the Anime I thought it was Great. Chapter 656 onwards you can't say the war Arc Completley sucks.

I would say the War arc became bad from 635 to 655. Before that I actually liked it.
