This jutsu works by turning the ground into a pit of mud obviously, but the mud also has chakrainfused in it which makes it very sticky. most poeple will try and waterwalk on this technique, but that technically can AND can't be done.

This technique happens very quickly. it's like having the floor give out from udnerneath you. if you do manage to waterwalk you will be touching the surface of the pit meaning, that you will be stuck to the top like fly paper. so even if you do walk on the top, you are still stuck.


Try and do the technique on me. channel your chakra into the earth below me and alter its composition.

I thought about the idea but i believe it won't work.The water attacks you mentioned are c-rank and wouldn't have enough pressure to do that,since it would only liquidify part of the swamp(remember the swamp is humangous and jiraiya was using barely more than half of his chakra),so it would actually make it more liquid,not stand there O_O
