Jiraiya is perfectly capable of doing what Naruto did but he doesn't have to use Rasengan, there's also Sage Art Frog Call which can paralyse an individual and make them unable to concentrate on their techs, this is Jiraiya's battle. Then Swamp of the Underworld will sink the monster. Jeez!!!

Jiraya wins. 3rd Raikages speed is not that much. Even the rubber man managed to keep up with him by saving Naruto just in time. Jiraya could do the same. He has a great ninjutsu, and summons to buy him some time, he needs to summon Pa und Ma. In sennin mode, he could use genjutsu when he see other jutsus have no effects, and he wins that way.

First of all, Jiraiya has to reach his Senninmode, what takes about 5 Minutes. Against Chikushodo Jiraiya ran away, here the Sandaime will crush him. In which matters Jiraiya is better? Sandaime has more power, the better defense and the better speed.

Not really, a path of pain fell prey to it, and you can't just jump away, didn't you read the link? It is adhesive, meaning it sticks to you as you sink to 'abysmal depths'

Actually there's no difference in reflexes between SM users.
