Who do you think would win, please give nonbaised opinions and make a decent argument for your choice.

I personally think that it would be Minato extremely high diff. My reason being, Minato fought the Third Raikages son many times and was never stated to have lost, but he beat Ay fairly easily during their first encounter so I'm going by the thought that the Fourth Raikage was weaker than the Third. So High to extremelu high diff for Minato.

Third raikage is slower than the forth, and Minato has the means to defeat him, its only a matter of time.

-Minato lacks firepower to take 3rd Raikage down. 3rd laughed off FRS which is tiers above anything this fool Minato can output in terms of strength.

- Summonings go bye bye as soon as they are summoned, those toads won't react to the third, not when they couldn't even catch Deva Path.

Since the 3rd fought 3 days and 3 nights against an army before collapsing, the 3rd wins via outlasting .

Why wouldn't he be able to? He has a summoning contract with the toads and has perfected sage mode, Fukasaku has even noted to have enough knowledge on his fighting skills to state Naruto surpassed him, indicating they've fought together before.

Really, the only thing I can see is that Minato can analyze Third Raikage's weakness. He would need to notice the lightning scar on his chest. I don't see why Minato won't be able to figure it out. Giving how he saw Juudara's Truth Seeking Orbs limited range and planned out the strategy to take him down. Since that would happen, Minato can time Nukite's strike at the last second. Then he teleports and land a Rasengan on his arm, forcing a self stab.

Kage Bunshin no Shiki Fuuin can also use to win easily.

If minato figures out that the only weakness of the 3 is his own spear he can defeat him with sage mode and a normal rasengan, but i don't know how he would figure it out without asking the 8-tails (Naruto needed that information)
Minato is much more intelligent than his son and maybe is able to figure it out without the help of this information, but we don't know.
I don't know whether minato can summon MA and Pa.
If he can and they preform the genjutsu against the third, its not clear whether his raiton armor vanishes or not.
As long the Raikage is able to maintain his armor minato got nothing to hurt him in my opinion and he is able to maintain it for 3 days.

The problem for Minato is this:The third raikage KNEW about how he got the scar on his chest, hence it being his life's shame. I see no reason for him to use the one fingered nukite against a teleporter like Minato when he doesn't actually need it to kill him. In b4 someone talks about the gig which Naruto pulled off-the Raikage was being controlled by Kabuto, who obviously had no knowledge of the 3rds weakness. Minato has no way of putting the Raikage down, as he tanked FRS. He wins via outlasting Minato.
