Hiruzen fire techniques would take care of baku, just as sasuke did. I also believe that Old Sarutobi when he fought Oro was older than Danzo when he fought sasuke, so because of the age factor yeah, danzo would win. Danzo was older than Hiruzen by a good 3-4 years when he fought Sasuke.
