Eh don't really care. I'm mainly bound to Naruto. Only reason I had an itch to watch One piece because of a couple of fights. Still not intrigued to the story.

Go with the manga then where you can control the pacing. Some character desings are goofy but they still work well in it. I don't recommend jumping straight to the war but if you still want to do that, it starts at episode 461.

OP is quite comfortably considered better than Naruto. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the crazy world of strange beings and really strange powers. The panels also seem to be covered in tons of mayhem and the amount of lines written per page seems like overkill. Obviously I'm comparing it to Naruto and certainly I'm biased in terms of my opinion, but without a doubt these reasons have kept me from reading or watching the series from square one. Maybe someday, but not now.

If you don't have time to watch 700 Episodes you can always read the manga as long as you read a chapter at an average of 7 minutes or less each. I'm reading the manga right now and watching scenes that I liked in the Anime.

Oda is sadly following this copy paste formula lately with Micheal Bay like Scenarios of Fan service and "Epic" Shit to hide the bad pacing and and cookie cutter plot

Plus if you start at MarinFord you will miss the awesome Impel Down arc

Who said I claim that I watch and read the series. I only look at clips from YouTube that were popular. Did u even read my passage? Nope...
