TSB can reform.
they were destoyed along with the arrows but the TSB reformed back with naruto.
Thinking about it Sasuke's bijuu PS is pretty damn OP!

if the TSB weren't destroyed they would've been shown returning back to naruto like the case with every TSB that gets the jop done and goes back to it's place:

Sasuke's Bijuu PS is very Powerful indeed
Keep in mind that was the first time Sasuke used that PS, if he get another chance to use it, the playing field will be different

Who said that they should return to Naruto instantly ? Naruto can't reform TSB which really were destroyed. i.e. TSB which he used with FRS bijuudama variation few chapters earlier.

when obito and madara threw their TSB they return to them after that because they can't be far from the user like kakashi said so unless they were destroyed they should've returned to naruto by the time they defended him.

Sasuke still lost and admitted defeat and you can’t change that,Sasuke lost to Naruto,learn it and live with it.

The potential of Bijuu PS is enormous. Kishi only able to used that new idea in very limited time because manga near the ending and chapters that left were 5 only.
He tried to wrote a believeable fighting plot, but I think he failed and I feel that Kishi original idea of that plot is different than actual plot we read. Maybe that is his editor idea not him.
