...my clone shoud be able to doge the water due to the flame on jutsu because his speed is equal to the 3rd gate also my Ion Particle Armor equal the speed of the 3rd gate which is fast

Your Clone Doesn't Get to Do That Less He Can Stop a Summon From Attacking Which I doubt a Chidori Can..
and The Cerberus Smelled You Before You Reached Me. Twirling Just In Time To Repel You.
