Do you guys really wear that kind of shirt at work place and do not see a problem with that?
For me- This is not a shirt you wear to represent your team on such a occasion to give an interview for an educational setting. Yes he was free to wear that shirt if he was not working that day but then he shouldn't be on camera. That shirt was louder than whatever he was saying and was a distraction and was clearly an improper attire for the occasion.

There you said it- probably without even thinking all the reasons to why it was irritating. And mocking is what most woman are doing.
"When we ask for women in science, we do not mean naked woman on the shirt of male scientists."
-The suppose stupid feminists.
Why is it ok for you to mock him but not the women who have more reasons to not like micro-aggression at work places?
It's not about one or two incidences- but usually for women it's keeps building on ultimately making it uncomfortable to work in such a setting where one never knows if the person next to her is going to appreciate her for her work or for the *** appeal she has. -Would he behave nicely only till he is not being asked to stop hitting on me? Would he even pay attention if me request them to stop? " it wouldn't turn into harassment and singling me out for minor or even made up mistakes if I ask them to stop". These are the question a lot of woman end up asking themselves on routine basis in male dominated work environment. It doesn't help when one finds the person next to her is wearing a shirt clearly objectifying women". Yes it was objectification. I wonder why no one told the guy to find a coat at least before the camera started rolling.
How seriously can you take a woman in a educational setting if she is wearing a T-shirt with naked men in different provocative poses? Say a bowling shirt covered in cartoonized penises and cartoony weaponry to, teach a class or talk science on international TV ... what would the response be to that?
Different women doing it at different times but frequently while they are running the most of the office, in positions to make your life hell if you do not toe the line? Yea I know I will probably get some responses claiming that would be real fun but what if you are trying to work and not looking for a sexual encounter?
As for internet hysteria over the issue- it's not one sided either- the online viciousness and sexual abuses and attacks by men getting ignored so conveniently which was as unwanted and over reaction by some feminist extremist. The polarization over the criticism of a poor dress sense lead to things deteriorating to this extent.
For me the shirt is not a problem- the problem is that people fail to see the problem with that shirt.
