Lets get something staright, just because your doing something for a reason doesn't mean your not evil. Evil as described as commiting a vile or malicious action which is exactly what Madara is doing. Obito tried to blow up a BABY and turned the mist into what's known as blood mist village by forcing academy graduates to kill each other. So him and Madara definatly fit that label.
