Nope, Sarutobi needs to catch his opponent to actually perform the technique. Like i've said, he wasn't that good with the technique. You can even notice that he is surprised when he sees the God of Death, because it was his first time to see it. In Minatos case, there is no restriction. He can perform it by far distance if he wants without touching his opponent

Manga good sir. You can only see King Of Hell when he captures you, like Death God. Guess that rule doesn't apply to anyone who has Blessed Eyes since we all know Itachi blinded King Of Hell.

I think he's unbeatable just because you have to be just as fast as him to hit him. There aren't that many shinobi that can match him. I see only naruto coming close.

Using the Shiki Fujin is a tie, not a victory since Minato also dies when using it.
