Obito's skin is way harder than anything ever imagined. Harder than diamonds, 3rd Raikage's lighting armor, Madara's PS, anything.

So then, how did a basic rasengan hurt Obito?

It's not simply because senjutsu allowed Naruto to bybass Oymoudon. If that were the case, Obito still wouldn't get hurt from getting hit due to his diamond hard skin. So what else is going on?

Sage mode is actually Obito's weakness. Like Kryptonite is Superman's weakness. Superman is normally impregnable but with kryptonite, he is softened to the point where knives can make him bleed. For Obito, sage mode attacks may affect him in a similar way.

Ninjutsu was created by So6P

Obito is now So6P, or is close to him.

Obito can nulify what So6P created.

So6P didn't create senjutsu.

end of theory...

Creedo, but that doesn't explain why he bled when he got hit. Sure he can't nulify the rasengan. However, Obito is harder than steel, so, again, how did he bleed?

Well he bled because he was harmed. Every living being has blood in veins. And it's not a matter of hard skin but the very matter of the nature of the technique. This rasengan has been made of pure senjutsu chakra.

@Creedo. Then, you are agreeing with me. Senjutsu is Obito's weakness.

Ok, say Obito turns off Oymoudon. If he just stands there and gets hit with a rasengan, do you seriously expect him to get hurt, the Juubi Jin?

If he didn't have the ability to nulify all ninjutsu then he would be dead by now.

You didn't really explain anything though... and it's cause ninjutsu doesn't work on the sage since he created it. The sage didn't create senjutsu that's energy from nature. And atm all we know is that his skin is white and scaly we don't know whether it's super hard(pause no homo) or not

1-Show us proof of that or :stfu:

2-Again we don't know how hard his skin is

3-Obviously sage mode is his weakness it uses senjutsu energy from nature the SO6P created ninjutsu so of course he can nullify it. He didn't create senjutsu so it affects him end of story, end of thread

Ok, let's use logic here. I'm saying that if Obito turned off Oymoudon, he still would not be hurt by a rasengan.

situation 1: Naruto stands on top of the 2nd stage juubi and does a rasengan on it. Would it be hurt?

situation 2: Obito allows himself to be hit by a rasengan.

Whats the difference between situation 1 and situation 2? None at all. If anything, Obito should be much tougher as the Juubi Jin.

Well, Obito survived his own BB(megatons btw) and can hold antimatter. Yes, we can say his skin is hard.

Look, if you can tank a Juubi BB, you can tank a rasengan. Ok? Transitive property here.

it actually has a rather simple explanation...senjutsu techniques are not ninjutsu as they use simultaneously natural, physical and spiritual rather than just physical and spiritual like ninjutsu does.
the addition of natural energy renders obitos new tech useless since it negates ninjutsu not all possible techs

He didnt tank it. He protected himself within a ball made of those black orbs and staff.

@Mizukata. He shouldn't have to negate anything. His skin is tough regardless. I'm saying if Obito turns off his own tech, he still shouldn't be affected due to impact resistance. So then what's the only explaination taking what I have just said into regard?

Creedo, I'm talking about before he reached rikudo stage. When he was snake like, he took one directly and only had a part of his face damaged despite the fact that the explosion was basically an extremely concentrated nuke.

Well 5this is the most logical explaination, obito can nullify jutsus that are composed of physical and spritual energy, but what I wanted to hear in this thread was why he can't nullify those techs that now compose of nature energy...
