As I've said billions of times over and over again, (Not that you'd know),

1) Says his NAME is Obito, not that he IS Obito. Two different things.

2) Always a possibility that Kishi doesn't want to tell Tobi's real name/Identity until later on. Hence, he is called Obito, instead of, <Insert Name>
