i really hope he does go in depth because it would extend naruto and make it alot more interesting as to seeing all the previous kages in action and finding out more about the 1st and 2nd and even third great ninja wars

What I meant was that we rarely get to hear anything about the second Hokage. He's the forever alone of the Hokage. I do not think we will get to hear much more about him.

greatest known Water Release manipulator in the series creating water out of air in areas with no water wat so ever

to me he was one of the greatest Hokages but is least likly talked about

Of course. But we are told about many of his achievements in the databooks right? We rarely get to see anything related to Tobirama in the anime/manga.

Which is a shame, even though I'm a bit glad that his character isn't ruined with an unnecessary amount of hype.

I know he certainly was powerful, and sure, he did stuff, like all five Hokage have. But his background is basically one big unknown.

A. Most likely a sign of power;

B. Much like one wouldn't rag on Nagato for exerting his powers; (given himself white hair) one wouldn't rag on the Second for said possibility. Shame on your fashion sense!! p)

true but various things could of happened and they could of been a plot to over throw the previous 2nd Raikage and the Peace treaty

It would be awesome if the 2nd took out nearly all the other ninja in the squad and then had to face off against the 3rd Raikage and was beaten. That would be an absolute beast way to go out

It probably wouldnt have played out like that, the third Raiakage lprefered fighting on his own, like against the eight tails, he told everyone else to retreat and then fought the beast on his own. Same against the 10 000 Iwa forces, he told everyone once again to retreat and fought on his own.

If he saw Tobirama, he would probably tell everyone else to not interfere and fight him on his own from the start.

It could be true. Third Raikage + KinGin + 17 other shinobi seems to be a lethal group. However i do not know why Tobirama is this overrated. I wouldn't be surprised if KinGin could beat him by themselves.
