[Theory] [Theory] Violet and Riku Royal Family

I believe that Violet may be related to Riku's Royal Family.

Most of you guys must think : "Well, that's because of the recent chapter ..."

No, I theorized this the moment I saw the flashback of Rebecca and her mom, Scarlett, which I mentioned on another forum.



"Baseless" Speculations:

• 
  [*=center]Scarlett and Violet are both colors (Red and Violet), therefore the connection
  [*=center]Violet is Rebecca's sister, the reason she's with Doflamingo is to make sure her sister (Rebecca) stays safe and doesn't get killed
  [*=center]Violet wouldnt be killed as a member of the family because her powers benefit Doflamingo, in exchange, Doflamingo doesnt lay an hand on Rebecca
  [*=center]Violet said that wants a man to be killed and Sanji cant kill that man (Doflamingo). She wants him killed so her family and sister can be safe and rule again
  [*=center]Violet fears what Doflamingo may do (said in a chapter), possibly to someone from her family.

Now, think with me.


The reason Violet wants Doflamingo killed is, obviously, like the rest of the rebel forces, so that Riku Royal Family can rule Dressrosa again.

However, it can also be because she is living in oppresion. She is being used by Doflamingo because of her powers, and she cant run or do anything because a member of her family would suffer(Rebecca).

This is supported when we see Violet getting bothered by the crowd insulting Rebecca. Rebecca is fighting, she blows up the big screen streaming the fight. She doesnt like the citizens hostility towards Rebecca, as she is a member of her family and knows that they (Riku Royal Family) are the victims.

Tank is protecting Violet, as she belongs to the Royal Family, and because Doflamingo wanted to kill the Royal Family, Tank might have been the one helping Violet survive when she was little.
Also, King "Ricky" thanks him for protecting Violet ... why would he thank him for protecting someone that serves the enemy? It must be because they are connected

This theory doesnt solely support Violet being Rebecca's sister, but a member of the Riku Royal Family. As she seems older, she could even be her aunt, Toy Soldier's sister.​

After today's chapter, I'm definitely thinking this is the case. Her shooting the screen and working for Joker if though she doesn't want to makes this theory even more plausible.

Though as I recall, he simply said you joined to protect Violet. Which could have implied instead Violet was related to him.




But honestly the idea of Rebecca and her being related sounds more realistic.

There are so many theories about who Violet is related to. I think this one takes the cake.
Seeing as Violet and Scarlet are not only colours but different hues and shades it's safe to say (going by this theory) that Violet is Scarlets younger sister (she doesn't look much older than 20ish)

True this, but not trying to be racist or anything but asian people tend to look quite young even though there might be in their said 30's.

That's not racist. It's pretty common because Asian people (north eastern) tend to develop wrinkles on their faces at a later age than any other ethnic group.

It's plausible. There's only one thing that I find a bit weird and that's how, if they are sisters, it's pretty much always Rebecca Rebecca Rebecca. Even if she was supposed to be the heir to the throne and Dressrosa's future queen, Violet is still as much his granddaughter as Rebecca, still it's almost all about Rebecca. So I'm more inclined to believe she's not Rebecca's sister, but her cousin or something.

Violets DF is handy, but would it be that advantageous for Doflamingo to risk letting Rebecca live?

That talk about Asians not aging fast is not really relevant as the OP world is not something that's some kind of variation of Japan (at least not only Japan). Oda himself gave all the Strawhats nationalities which they would have if they would be in the real world: Luffy = Brazilian, Zoro = Japanese, Nami = Swedish, Robin = Russian, Usopp = African (not really a nationality, but you get it), Brook = Austrian, Franky = American I think and I forgot Chopper and Sanji. If the same applies to all OP characters, beyond all doubt Violet's definitely Spanish.

Sanji = French (his attacks are named in French)
