One thing that didnt match the connection between monks and uzumakis. Their hair. Monks and nun ussually shaved their head but average uzumakis keeps a groovy style of hair. Other than that yup good finding.

What did you think he taught to his Uzumaki family? Fuuinjutsu only?
Mainly fuinjutsu, but some ninjutsu, genjutsu and Sage Mode too?
Do you think it is possible that he could already do some jutsu before he became the Juubi jinc?

No doubt he had ninjutsu esp. Fuuinjutsu when he battled the Juubi, because he sealed it within himself, maybe he did teach them other jutsus but mainly they were sealing techs.
