Kaguya was split with her body transformed into Juubi while Kaguya's mind along with spirit were trapped inside God Tree

This is wrong because it was clearly stated that juubi = god tree.
I would like to see what you have to say about this, before I waste my time on this thread .

Hmm... but If Kagyua had eaten Forbidden fruit then technically Kaguya could be considered as part of God Tree also but in other entity with new mind.

Kaguya's body transforiming in Juubi due to too much power fits SOSP's statements.
God Tree merged with Kuubi(Kaguya's body ) but at what point stay to be unknown for now.

Unless God Tree merged with corrupted Kaguya transforming into Juubi and then attacking Hagoromo and his brother...

Well good question, for once I believe Shinjuu was like creator, who cursed Kaguya's soul to serve as reaper death/dead demon. However not all people were sent to Kaguya's/death god's belly, so it clearly looks like Shinjuu wanted only people who use stolen chakra to suffer inside Kaguya's belly.

Anyway my point is that while Kaguya soul was enslaved by Shinjuu and served as dead demon still her's soul was trapped inside Shinjuu. The moment Naruto cut the tree then he released Kaguya's soul along with her personality so she could reunite with her original body which turned into Juubi. Finally Kaguya can release her power so she takes over Madara at any moment Madara lowered his guard.

She has two souls now? since the OP said her soul is the death reaper but now you're saying it's trapped in the shinju .-.
Unless you're trying to say whenever someone uses RDS they temporally free her, But that wouldn't make sense since the beginning of the series the shinju wasn't around till now... Where would the reaper(soul) be if the shinju wasn't around?...

This is mine

Although mine is that she actually tried to take in the God Tree but it ended taking her in instead (Previously becoming part of the Shinju/It's new fruit upon eating its fruit) So it became her Jinchuuriki instead and gave rise to the Juubi.

Since the Shinju wasn't sentient, neither was the Juubi and so it didn't use that power properly (It had Kaguya's eye and body but didn't use it properly since it wasn't sentient).

So she's currently sealed within the Shinju/Juubi and is now trying to use Madara to break free/assume control.

Either that or she will emerge in the fruit's place.
