I'm not saying there was only one progenitor clan that existed during the Sage's time, what I am saying is the Uzumakis were the progenitors of both Uchihas and Senjus, whether the village of the Land of Whirlpools is comprised of divergent clans aside from the Uzumakis like Konoha is irrelevant, the point I am trying to point out is the Uzumaki heritage share that same biological ancestry from the Sage of the Six Paths. and yes I will fix the image of the Uzumaki Clan Symbol wait a while, details details ;p

Great thread as usual. Going a but deeper I can see the Sage teaching sealing Jutsus to the Uzuamki's so they could protect the world when is gone and also seal any bijuus in case they are corrupted.

However, sorry if I missed something (I speed read it) but if everything you say is indeed true, then why do the Uzumakis have the red spiral as their symbol and not the white one?
