I was thinking about the rinnegan. Currently, we know that rikudou sennin was the first to have it, but we don't know how he awakened it. Then, he used it's power to seal the juubi inside of him, he created the moon and the jutsus. Then he created the 9 bijuus out of the juubi's chakra. So far, he seems to be good.
Now, the only ones who carried the rinnegan do far were evil or used it mostly for evil. I alwahs had the felling that the rinnegan inspires fear, terror and evil. We can even fell the fear the in the fights when the rinnegan appears, the evil power it seems to represents. Just like the times pain used to appear, or when madara showed he had it.
I mean, madara found out that he could summon the gedo mazo and revive the juubi, but how? Maybe it was something the so6p let something that madara could find. And why didn the sage destroyed the remainings of the juubi, if he probably knew it could be used again?
So maybe the rinnegan represents an evil power, and whoever has it has something evil? Or maybe it is metaphor, showing that the power of good can be used in a more powerful way for evil? So maybe the sage was evil? I remmember that in kurama's flashback the sage told the bijuus that "yoy will be together again, in a different way from when you were inside of me, and differently from when you were inside of me, you will be led to the right path". So they werr in a wrong path? I guess someone even made a post here about what the so6p said.
What do you guys think, did you like the theory? Please share your ideas.
