If sharingan was really a requirement to open that door, then how did Sasuke manage to enter it before? We all know he never activated his sharingan after the Uchiha Clan massacre...
Really now, not to be mean or anything, but I thought it was quite clear for some why Orochimaru wanted Sasuke so much besides his normal plans. He did tell Tsunade in part 1 that there is still one more way to bring back his arms. Now it all makes sense. Or at least, it should.
Damn! it suddenly makes sense why orochi wanted a sharingan so bad!!! it was to gain entrance to the nakano shrine and undo the shiki fuujin seal with the uchiha tablet in order to get his jutsus and hands back!! splendid theory hands down
You're telling me he couldn't break that stone apart with some jutsu??
This is a very high caliber thread. Good job.
However, there is a flaw. Orochimaru wanted sasukes body before he even fought the 3rd hokage, he didnt even know of the rds at that time so his reasons for wanting sasukes body was not to get his arms back. Nonetheless great job in explaining how the unseal jutsu works, i see no reason to disagree with that.
I disagree.
Orochimaru saying he has one more option meant body transfer.
Orochimaru wanted Uchiha's Sharingan in order to learn all the jutsus (in part 1 he mentions is several times)
If Sharingan is needed to enter it, then how come young Sasuke got there if he hadnt awakened it yet back then?
Madara stated that on the tablet are written secrets of his body/ Sharingan progression.
They needed to travel to the Shrine for some purpose, I don't know why exactly, maybe only there they could unseal RDS but your arguments are making not enough sense and proof for being sure.
Exactly, as he did body transfer right before Sasuke made it to his camp and yet his arms we're still shot.Body transfer cannot restore the soul part of his arms
