Theory: The Mystery of Shisui Uchiha

I also think it's important to remember this is Shisui Uchiha who was hailed as a genius alongside his good friend Itachi. He would not have so easily allowed Danzo to simply take his right eye.

Ok lets approach this from a different angle. Shisui probably knew that the Uchiha were going to get massacred in a few days. Although he's one of the good guys in this situation, he's stuck in a catch 22. The only person that can be spared by Itachi without looking suspicious is Sasuke because he is Itachi's younger brother. So Shisui has to die. I believe that Shisui knew about Tobi and knew that he was after his eyes. So to counter this he gave one eye to Danzo who he knew wouldn't leave the village often and gave the other to Itachi for his future use. Shisui then died individually so that that he just wasn't another casualty in the Uchiha massacre.

willingly gave up his ms? im pretty sure danzo took his eye once he was dead because itachi killed him in order to gain his own ms because he knew he would need ms to successfully kill the rest of the uchihas. that and danzo ordered him to of course.

edit nevermind forgot that he had given the eye to danzo, but probably danzo connived him into it somehow or blackmailed him or something im guessing.

Do you think that itachi is powerful enough to defeat sushi? The answer is NO. I believe he gave in willingly. or maybe use a genjutsu on itachi as said by the thread maker..

kabuto says a lot of things but i have 2 ideas 1) is that tobi could be shisui the 2) kabuto has actually got shisuis dna but lied to keep extra trumph cards he also has jiraiyas dna.

Yes but the eye/crow was destroyed by Itachi using amaterasu.

It's plausible because why would Itachi kill Shisui for no reason, I mean he killed his whole clan for a reason....

Even if he did revive shisui it would be pointless. Why? Because Edo tensei revives the person to their form when they died. Shisui died without eyes so he would be brought back without eyes

Itachi has been brought back with MS - The same eyes Sasuke implanted to gain EMS. So you're wrong with what you're saying; Shisui would be revived with his MS.

wow that's what I thought too because itachi is too kind to willingly kill someone he looked up to as a brother (he can't even bring himself to kill his konoha shinobi) so he was def KA'd xd

You do realize that he probably gave it to Danzo? I mean, if Danzo had fought him and somehow won then ripped his eye out; I highly doubt Shisui would be able to get away. If he had been attacked by Danzo and got away like he did he could have gone right to Hiruzen and Danzo would have been wrecked.

I think Shisui wanted to commit suicide and willingly gave his right eye to Danzo. I made a thread about this a while ago, its a theory about Shisui's eyes and Tobi, Danzo, and Itachi's relations to them:

2.I heard some people saying that Shisui was part of the Root but this was never stated manga or anime.Provide a link to prove me wrong.But i do agree that he willfully gave up his sharingan because I don't see how Danzo would be able to take it from him and not just take them both.

3.Who said Edo's are revived the way they died?You are dead wrong.It is true that the third Raikage had the scar on his chest and Nagato still couldn't walk but don't you remember Madara he was improved beyond how he died by getting a young body with the Rinnengan but if this isn't enough proof then this should end all questions.Why would he want to revive Jiraiya if he is missing an arm and has like 6 holes in his chest???Obviously because if he puts enough effort into reviving them he can fix them.

I think these were the only things I saw which were very wrong.

Kotoamatsukami on Itachi is just a theory. Shisui was the one who taught Itachi self sacrifice which is why he was able to slaughter his whole clan. I never said edos were revived the way they died. I was totally against that idea, infact I was arguing with someone about this earlier. Nagato, Itachi, Deidara are all proof of this.

i expect shisui will make a return somehow, there is still to much mystery about him to have seen the last of him, like how Ao escaped kotoamatsukami and what happened to his body

and i dont see how deidara, nagato and itachi prove that?
