[Theory] Sasuke Becoming the Hokage is Plausible and makes sense!!

what if sasuke saves the war and does something Memorable? i think they might reconsider.

Its like Shikamaru and Shino said, he can't erase what he has already done.

If someone tried to kill your family then later saved the world, would you willingly let that person back into your house and entrust him with your families lives.

People don't forget, a traitor who saves the world is still a traitor.

Even if he gets a pardon that doesn't mean he should be Hokage.

Plus, Naruto has said over and over again they he wouldn't die until he becomes Hokage.

With all the times he has said it, it wouldn't make sense for him not to become Hokage.

Naruto does not need to become the hokage as he already got acknowledged and Looked upon by everyone in the village. Sasuke needs to become the hokage so he can extinguish the curse of hatred and Bring peace.

Should the village forgive Oro too, he is helping. Should they make him Hokage as well.

Besides Naruto said in this very chapter that he would become Hokage, why would he back Sasuke up, plus Sasuke openly admits he doesn't care what the village thinks, that right there goes against the concept of Hokage.

The Hokage is chosen by the village and acknowledged by the village, you don't get acknowledged by becoming Hokage, you become Hokage by being acknowledged. Sasuke doesn't understand that, he doesn't want the villages acknowledgment, which means he can't become Hokage.

Its like Kiba said, Sasuke doesn't know what being Hokage means. Plus why should the villagers entrust him with their lives, he wanted to kill them all.

Would you entrust Ted Bundy with your life just because someone else says its okay.

The village elders and the head of the fire nation decide on the Hokage. Sasuke would never get the position because they would never recommend him. Ever.

And even if by some miracle they did, the Jounin would not elect him.

I like your theory, i feel like they will somewhat share the role like Hiruzen/Danzo however, even though at the time Danzo never had the official title of Hokage he was pretty much the Hokage who handled the behind the scences stuff that Hiruzen didn't want to get his hands dirty with. I can see Sasuke fulfillling that role of being the leader of Root and replacing Danzo... he did kill him after all. Also the sand village forgave Gaara and voted him kazekage because he worked hard and changed, so i don't see why sasuke can't be forgiven, the only person of the leaf he actually killed was Danzo... he did the leaf a favor lol

If Sasuke became Hokage, I'd flip out. No way would I accept that. It would defeat the whole backbone of the story of Naruto aiming to become Hokage, not just to be acknowledged, but also to bring peace to the world. Jiraiya and Nagato both entrusted Naruto to find that peace, and there's no better way for him to achieve that than to become Hokage. Besides, if Sasuke became Hokage, how realistic would it be for the other nations to trust Sasuke, of all people, and sign a treaty with him. They'd probably be more than willing to form a treaty with Naruto, seeing how he's essentially brought the whole Naruto-world together. Finally, you state that Naruto is already acknowledged in the village and doesn't need to become Hokage. Well, if you reread the chapter, you'll see how Itachi said that those who are already acknowledged are the ones who become Hokage. Sasuke would never reach that level of acknowledgement within his own village, let alone other villages.

The reason Madara didn't become Hokage is not Tobirama.Tobirama just reminded Hashirama a thing he decided to overlook to please his friend.The people in the village didn't trust and recognize Madara to become their protector and leader.
Same thing goes for Sasuke.Not even K11 wants him back to the village as a comrade not to mention as Hokage.Sasuke hasn't done nothing yet to prove that he cares about the people,not just the village as a projection of his brother,but trully cares and wants to protect everything Konoha represents.At this point,this decission is out of the blue and doesn't make any sense.
Naruto once wanted to become Hokage to be recognished by everyone.But his goals changed through the development of the series.Naruto's dream now is to protect everyone and try to bring true peace to the ninja world.
He is the only one at this point who has the right to claim he wants to become Hokage.
