It seemst that Sasuke was the only Uchiha to survive the clan's massacre apart from his brother, Itachi -- who is also dead.
Obito survived because Madara helped him to recreate half his body using Zetsu. However, Madara is also dead now (sort of...)
So, that would mean that Sasuke and Obito are the only living Uchiha. Obito being half-dead, he does not count much anyway :heh:
But... there is a small possibility left...

However, he might not have died immediately, when he left Konoha.
1) Shisui's body was never found
2) The ANBU confirmed that he was dead based on a suicide note faked by Itachi
3) Itachi was Shisui's closest friend, and would protect his secret to the end -- even not tell it to Sasuke
So, I am saying is that Shisui could have left Konoha with a secret objective. He was leaving Itachi behind, hoping that he would stop the Uchiha rebellion, and understanding that this most likely meant the destruction of the Uchiha clan. He would not have thought that Itachi would leave Sasuke alive... and he did not know about Obito. So, he thought that he himself was the last remaining Uchiha, apart from Itachi, who might have not survived the fight against the other Uchiha.
I think that Shisui had the same objective as Sasuke: a recreation of the Uchiha clan. And, this would not be impossible. Blind men can have children...
After this goal would be realized, Shisui could have died (or maybe is still alive, but not willing to reveal himself in order not to endanger his family...)
So maybe there are some unknown little Uchiha out there? They could be around the age of Konohamaru

. And, wait, do not rush to conclusions -- this is not a thread about Shisui being alive. I think he is dead, too. However, he might not have died immediately, when he left Konoha.
