I know what just about everyone thinks is going to happen between them ever since their fight at the waterfall was long ago. And also, Madara has seemingly put sasuke against konoha and such...
But after reading the latest 2 mangas 413 and 414, Sasuke is becoming softer, on one of the last pages it even showed him thinking of naruto, sakura, and kakashi. This made me start to think... wait maybe instead of fighting each other there is some sort of huge brawl in which sasuke and naruto team up probably either against Madara or Pain. One thing that kinda hinted me towards this from awhile back in the series was when itachi and naruto met for the first time. Itachi at that time implanted some sort of hidden power in Naruto that he was supposedly supposed to be able to use when he runs into sasuke again. We know what he gave to naruto can't be something bad for sasuke because of how much itachi cared for sasuke.
In short, my prediction is that sasuke initially does come to kanoha to destroy it, but while fighting naruto uses his charm to somehow persuade him to team up against some other bigger threat that is going on around if not at the same time (threat could be pain or madara who knows). And whenever they finally team up this big fight afterwords is where naruto uses the power itachi gives em'.
