Unfortunately, as stated by the databooks, the weapons never had a physical form to begin with and they exist spirtually... there are accounts of the weapons, but few have ever actually came into contact /seen them and the majority consider them items of myth
Well I doubt if the Totsuka Blade has always been immaterial, for it is logical to assume that the blade must have been once a material sword for Orochimaru to actually try and find it as a variant of his sword Kusanagi, and since Orochimaru's surprise in the realization that it is the Totsuka Blade only at the moment it impaled him would indicate that the sword had a different appearance or form before which must have been tangible in order to be comparable to Kusanagi which is definitely a tangible material blade to begin with.
