I think that he already may have had it before he fought Danzo one because Karin is an Uzumaki and they are the decindents on the sage not the SENJU but Senju and Uzumaki are realated, when Sasuke was fighting Killer B he had to basacally eat some of Karins chakra to be healed is it possible for the dna to have gotten to him that way xd
