So this is a simple theory that I just registered here to post 
P) one I don't expect much out of but I just have to bring this up. Someone else might already have but here I go anyway.
Sasuke could already have Senju DNA as we speak. How you ask?
Through Tobi. He implanted Itachi's eyes into Sasuke, but was that all? We all know how deceiving Tobi can be. He obviously wants someone instead of Nagato to sync with the Gedo Mazo (as he has stated himself) and this would naturally have to be by Sasuke gaining the Rinnegan. He's the only candidate I can think of at this point.
However, Sasuke might not agree to such a thing if asked by Tobi.
So, Tobi might just have taken the opportunity while Sasuke was receiving Itachi's eyes.
So I guess he gave Itachi's eyes to Sasuke 'cause EMS is a step closer to the Rinnegan, but that doesn't mean he didn't already plant Senju Hashirama's DNA into him. He had a perfect opportunity, Sasuke wouldn't notice.
And now, perhaps he even wants to awaken Sasuke's Rinnegan by having him face Naruto.
Surely a guy like Tobi must know how to awaken the Rinnegan, considering who he is and what he's done so far.
